Which payment methods can I use
We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience:
Credit Cards: Most major credit cards are accepted.
Debit Cards: You can use your debit card if it has a Visa or Mastercard logo.
Bank Transfers: Available in select countries.
For your security, all payment processing is conducted through a secure encrypted gateway. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
In addition, some services digital services, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and others, may not be available in all regions due to local regulations or service availability. The payment options displayed at checkout will reflect those available for your specific location.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service at support@bodyvital.shop to find out if it is still possible to cancel your order.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase after delivery, you can initiate a return or refund within 14 days of purchase. Learn more on our Returns and Refunds Policy here.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail will contain all of your order information, such as the order number, order summary and shipping address.
I have entered an incorrect delivery address, can it be changed?
Yes, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we cannot change or re-route your product and you will not be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship internationally and deliver worldwide. Our orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL and UPS in addition to local carriers.
What is the delivery time?

What are the shipping costs?

How can I track my order?
Track your order here. As soon as your package is shipped we will send an email with all relevant tracking information and a link where you can find the status of your order and if necessary provide the delivery service with additional instructions.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
All our orders are shipped with trusted carriers.
As soon as your package is shipped we will send an email with all relevant tracking information in addition to a link where you can find the status of your order.
Use the tracking info to verify that the status of your order is “Delivered”. Once verified, please check that all specified delivery information is correct.
Thereafter, contact the shipping partner directly for further validation of delivery. If you are still unsatisfied please contact us directly at support@bodyvital.shop were we will do our best to find a resolution.

How do I find the variant or size I’m looking for?
If the product you have selected has variants and/or sizes to choose from, there will be a button or selection box on the product detail page where you can choose the option you are looking for.
The product I want is out of stock, what now?

How do I redeem a voucher code or gift card?
To redeem a voucher or gift card, follow the instructions share via email, or add the voucher code in the first part of the checkout. After you have completed this, the voucher value will be deducted from the total purchase amount.
Returns and Refunds
What is your warranty policy?
BodyVital warrants devices for 12 months from the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use.

What are the return conditions?
Return period
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or refund any beauty tool within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that all returns are subject to the terms on our Refunds Policy page.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at BodyVital's discretion. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. BodyVital reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Please note that all returns are subject to the terms on our Refunds Policy page.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
What are the return costs?
Returns costs are carried by you, the customer, and will vary depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
How can I return my order?
To initiate a return, email your request to our customer service representative at support@bodyvital.shop.
Once received, your request will be validated. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with shipping labels as well as further instructions on how and where to send your package (all return cost are carried by you, the customer).
Please do not attempt to return products without contacting us first, we reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges of any kind. We encourage you to initiate a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order, it will be an alpha-numeric code. If you have not received this e-mail correctly, our customer service will be happy to help you. Contact Us here.
What should I do if my product is delivered faulty or damaged?
Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during shipment or production. We are of course happy to resolve this with you. Please send a message to support@bodyvital.shop with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service will work with you as quickly as possible to find a solution.
What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns outside of the return policy window. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out to our customer care ant support@bodyvital.shop and we’ll be happy to help solve your issue.
How long does a refund take?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we aim to process it within 10 working days. You will receive notification via email that your return has been received and processed. Thereafter, it can take up to 5 working days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
