12 Month Limited Warranty Policy
BodyVital warrants devices for 12 months from the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use.
If your product experiences a malfunction or quality issue under normal use, please contact us via our official email at support@bodyvital.shop.
In your email:
- Please provide information about the product and describe the issue clearly
- Include your order number and date of purchase
- Provide a video and images showing the malfunction or quality issue.
Once the above has been received, we will verify the issue based on the info provided. If the product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will offer a free exchange. Please note that if video and images of the issue cannot be provided, BodyVital may be unable to offer after-sales service. BodyVital reserves the final right of interpretation for these terms.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt and serial number on the product with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period.
Please Note:
- Cosmetic changes due to regular wear and tear or damage from accident, misuse, or neglect are not included. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty policy.
- If the device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.
- Returns due to product quality problems can only be exchanged.
- We only accept warranty or after-sales inquiries for orders placed on our official website and provide corresponding services. For products purchased through other channels, please contact the respective channel provider for further assistance.
